i do hold the button... its like i throw 5 regular nades...........sum guy threw rlly fast... and he got regular nades throws rlllllly fast..he said he got it from this site and for free i cant find it

it's called super fast grenade hack.......They have it somewhere around here, but not public i think...
Change the delay and ammo quantity of how many nades you have.
if your too nooby just sign up to the vip section which they will already have it in there.

use rapid fire shit with unlimited ammo
