i downloaded the dudes first trainer.... uhhh shot gun and nades... i have 5 flash bang nades...... how do i throw the ones where 100 come out rlly fast

i do hold the button... its like i throw 5 regular nades...........sum guy threw rlly fast... and he got regular nades throws rlllllly fast..he said he got it from this site and for free i cant find it
