I dont think the processor is compatible with the motherboard you should check...

What are you doing with a PC that would make it need 32GB of RAM...? Definitely cheaper for you to go with 8GB of RAM, a lot cheaper SSD options, and as someone else said above me, that motherboard won't work at all at with that Intel processor lol. Your processor has the LGA 1155 socket so you'll need a motherboard with the same socket.

Tell me your budget (if you have one .-.), and I'll build you a VERY powerful desktop that won't be over $2,000.

you do not need 32gb ram. you need a videocard and a power supply. You need an 1155 socket motherboard. you do not need a 3770k, get a 256gb ssd, it will be better.
