Help for explosive bullets

y0 guys,
I play MW2 steam since 6 month and i saw many guys who have explosive bullets.

And i would ask you if you know how to have this hack without getting banned?
Or it is possible to make a explosive bullets script with AHK ?

Haven't ever come across this before, been playing since 2009...

My friend have it but it MW2 Extreme Edition and today this is detected.

I am not sure actually try asking in the mw2 gsc section, someone can help you there
