Meh. And you're not obligated to help them, yet you still do.

Just like how I'm not obligated to help anyone, yet sometimes I do.

It is altruism to a certain extent. Even when we don't say it, there is a subconcious feeling of having a reward whether it may be "good karma" or getting repaid in the future in whatever way. When we don't get this "reward" it demotivates humans or us to not want to help anymore.

I see where you're coming from, but this is MPGH ; I'm used to it.
