Hexing to 13.1 and 13.1.0 both failed. Looking into it now...

Edit: The client hexer wouldn't work for me. But this post has the answer:

If you find a way to hex it please tell how and what file to edit. Thx

Don't use the hexer, you'll need to change the version manually. Edit Parameters.class.asasm to change the version.
