What does this meen?

Hey guyz,
My friend has just gotten a message and we arent totaly sure wot it meens.
I think it meens hes getting suspended 4 6 days but he thinks its a perma-ban
post ur thoughts or knowledge

If it say 6 days, it's not a perma ban o.o
