Where to host our Private Server?

Imagine one wants to install a private server and have the flash available through a URL that would load on a web browser.

First question, what would be the best way of doing this?

Second, which hosting company and plan should we order?

PS: I had to post here because while posting on the private servers section I always get the following error message:

There are a lot of good and free webhosting solutions.
look into 000webhost perhaps.
All you'll have to do is make an html page that loads the swf client, and put the two on the server

To elaborate on this, hosting a private server is, as far as US copyright law is concerned, illegal.

Someone wanting to venture into hosting a private server for mass consumption would be wise to chose a webhost who operates from a country known to not give a shit about US copyright law. Its been a long, long time since I bothered, but IIRC Panama (and some caribbean countries), Sweden, and Russia used to have large presences for people looking specifically to host sites out of US hands.

Just something to think about. If you're hosting a private server for you and a few friends, I highly doubt its worth worrying about. But if you're looking to do something large scale that may, at some point, garner the attention of Kabam's apparently retarded legal team - then I'd recommend better safe than sorry.
