❓ OverClocking my 660SC Sig 2?

❓ OverClocking my 660SC Sig 2?
if i wanna overclock my 660 superclocked sig 2 video card, how would i do this? i know i can use the EVGA tool to do it but how would i keep it cool? and not over heat it? better case fan's? more case fan's? put it inside a mini fridge? can i even OC a SC video card?? is it a good idea, cons? pros? waffles?

If the card has good enough cooling then it will stay cool by itself, just go for it and if anything bad happens then just revert back to the old settings. Overclocking is a lot easier now thanks to programs like Afterburner and such.

its a signature 2, so it has 2 big ass fan's on it but my case lacks cooling fan's right now, Lacks as in need's more!

Well overclock it a little, look at the temps and decide if you can go further. If the temps get to hot but you want to go further then lower the overclock and get some new fans

What's a bad temp to be at? lol 50's 60-70s? how far can i go without over heating dis bitch?

60s-70s are ok my gtx titan stays at 80 because of gpu boost 2.0 and its fine

sweet ill try my luck! i think during bf4 my CPU hits 70s lol my video card maybe 50s i think

i have about 1072MHz i think, whats a good MHz to be at? maybe 1500?

and will EVGA Precision X work to overclock?


So i am up to about 202 over the normal CPU clock offset, up to 40o and fan at 48%ish when i up the mhz my video drivers fail tho lol
