Cannot find file needed for patch?! Help please

Alright so I've attached the error on the post, can anyone help me with this problem i'm getting constantly? I've tried everything, I've re downloaded, i re-installed about 4 or 5 times and it still comes up. Any ideas? Thanks

More info: this happens after I have installed crossfire and when i open crossfire and press start, this comes up about a few minutes into the patcher

Try shutting down all unnecessary processes (including any anti-virus or another cleaning program), then try again.

By the way, what operative system are you using?
