Looking for an app

I'm trying to find an app that would let me stream movies from my android to iOS and vice versa via bluetooth. WiFi/cellular data is not an option.

Are there any apps that can do this and is cross platform? (No computer can be involved)

Going on a flight with no Wifi and I have my SD card with all my movies on my android but I like my large iPad screen.

Iphone's have shit tier media apps. Especially since you won't have wifi i feel like there wouldn't be an app that lets the android act as the media server.
Jailbreak your Ipad, download Movie Box or Ifile into it, and download some movies and transfer them into your Ipad to watch. You'll have an easier time doing that.

Well if you want, you could buy a SD Card adapter for your iPad. Its very easy to use and in the long run you can store a lot of things to a SD card right from your iPad

An app that can stream movies from your Android phone/tablet to your iOS device without Cellular Data or WiFi?

That is impossible without an adapter, I even tried searching for it for the better part of an hour.
