A question about bans

Hello people
I dont know if it's the right place to ask this question but its the most popular section xD
About a month or two ago i bought a new copy of CS:GO and i used TurboZ hacks on it only in the placement matches after them i played completely legit for 100+ hours. Unfortunatly this account was overwatch banned 12 days ago. I guess some people reported me in the last matches and also in my placement matches so the demo's from the placement matches gave me away. But thats not the problem .Two or three days ago i bought CS:GO again on a new account and after 5-6 MM matches i got overwatch banned again but this time i didnt use any hacking software at all . I am a DMG so in these 5-6 matches with this account i had some really high scores and got accused of hacking a little but still i didnt use anything except Unholy's external crosshair. So the question is : Does this ban have anything to do with my previously banned account?

Is this 100%? i dont remember restarting the router so the ip should be the same but what about internet cafe's for example, if one guy gets banned then all of the accounts that played on this internet cafe get banned too? seems weird.Thanks for the answer btw.
edit.My roomate with whom i quite frequently play with and on the same network didnt get banned, he just got demoted because they deleted around 20 games that we played together(after the ban of the old account not the new)

No,afaik.You got overwatch banned,which means people reported you ---> majority of the overwatchers thought you're hacking.

That doesnt seem right. I highly doubt that i played like hacking and valve is so sure about the overwatch system(they say they test them occasionaly using pro player demos so they see if they can judge). I would understand if it worked like the tribunal from league of legends that everyone clicked "guilty" on every case he reviewed but that doesnt seem the case. The only reason i asked this question is because i am not gonna buy CS:GO again if i will get banned after playing 5 games again....

It also doesn't matter WHEN you hacked. You hacked. Overwatch saw you cheating blatantly and decided you get banned.
