You can't keep people from using things you post on the internet. Is it unethical to do so? Yes. But people are going to do it. No one needs your permission to set a picture as their desktop wallpaper. You also can't just take legal action like that. It's silly.
If you really want to make sure you retain originals, keep your RAW files. Never post full resolution images. Use a subtle watermark.
Lastly, to tell you the truth, these are okay shots at best. They might be pictures taken from a drone, but that's all that really makes them unique. They're nothing like this: https://fstoppers.com/aerial/best-dr...5-so-far-76341
So regardless of whether someone is stealing them from you or not, they're not worth getting upset over. When someone steals your professional work, then it's time to raise a fuss.
The good news is that practice makes perfect. I'm not saying these shots are just plain terrible, but I also see no reason why you can't improve.

I would rate it ehm, 7/10
I'm no expert at photography, but I like it.
I'll give it a 7.8 since I have no background to compare it to!
I'd give it a 3/10 at most. It's subpar. Seems like this forum is mostly just a bit of circlejerk save for Ryan, and there's an absolute lack of raising the bar higher. I'm not trying to bash you, it's just not an interesting image.
1. Thoughtful composition isn't virtually non-existent, it doesn't exist. The image is messy and lacks any interesting elements.
2. Tonality and contrast. Both are lacking. Nothing makes this image any stronger than something anyone can take with their phone in a quick 5-second snap. You should take the time to post-process. If you want to see an example of this, search up Michael Salisbury and look at his cityscapes.
3. Control. This image screams a lack thereof. I'm sure if you have an expensive drone like that, it'll have manual controls. The shoddy high-ISO performance can be countered by not actually going up to a high ISO. Notch it down and let the lights do the work.
I will rate it 10/10
5/10, mostly cause it doesn't give that feeling of euphoria know what i mean?
Looks sick
8.5/10
I am still staring at this beautiful picture
I can't get over it

The resolution is not big enough for such a detailed photo.

Fear the old blood.
great pic , i would give 9.5/10
“I don't care if you're black, white, straight, bisexual, gay, lesbian, short, tall, fat, skinny, rich or poor. If you're nice to me, I'll be nice to you. Simple as that.”
6/10, nice picture but nothing special.
10/10 That's a beautiful photo.
I'd cut the lower part, 9/10 though, very nice.
