Just press insert and use arrow keys to toggle the hack.

I tried loading the hacks while in game, in lobby and even before i launched the game.

the hack is off centered, so the aimbot keeps missing :/ i don't know what to do, I tried Fullscreen, Windowed and Fullscreen Windowed

You're probably playing on a server with custom skins.
Or you've chosen a bone to aim for that's outside of the body.
Try turning off weapon-settings.

If you have done what you should with the startoptions and you have installed what you're supposed to install.
Then you should see the menu when you start.

Aimtype 1
Higher aimtime and smoothing, experiment with it with bots.

It's supposed to be loaded before the game starts.
You did you even follow the how to start items up there?
Go back, read again, read it all.

For the Benefit of the lovely people in this community let me break the steps into details:
Go to steam, click library, right click on counterstrike CS:GO, properties, click on set launch options, simply type in [-window<space>-noborder] click OK.
check and make sure the requirements needed for the hack to work example, setting your theme to Areo.
Once done just right click on the hack, run as administrator, start CS:GO right after that.
What you should see is a Red drop down menu on your left hand side of the screen and a cross hair in the middle of the screen.
How to use it? Use the arrow keys to chose your desired settings! Once done press insert to take away the menu, if you want the menu again just simply press insert again. Last but not least don't abuse it and have Fun! Cheers!

I'm not quite sure what you just said.
It uses windows AERO for some reason I do not know and therefore does not support XP.
It's Vista/7 or 8.
