Ask Garry,also,the ban doesn't affect any other games other than GMOD,this means it's really your fault if you've been banned on different games.

It was a banwave, 1500 players got banned, and it has been rolling since then.

And to the other question, he wont unban you, ever.
Buy a new Garry's Mod while it's cheap, dislike that?
Well, then you shouldn't have cheated.

And if you got banned from any other games than just GMOD, then you have only yourself to blame or you have been hacked.
