You can purchase cheap balisong trainers from the internet. Amazon and eBay usually have them for around $10USD. They are illegal here in Australia but I still managed to get some through from China. I would recommend getting a trainer first and learning some basic tricks such as the zen rollover. Once you feel confident, you should purchase a real one. Be careful!
