No meal prep, just understand how much nutrients you're intaking. Study what macros certain foods are and count it in your head according to what you eat.

A lot of people I know meal prep, but I'm too lazy. I'm more/less a dirty bulker because I eat like shit and only work out sometimes. I have a naturally fast metabolism so it don't effect me too much.
Cardio is amazing. I recommend running/riding some sort of skateboard. Skating very hard (pushing the ENTIRE TIME) has started to build my thighs a lot. Running will build calves.

I'm not very well defined, and I'm not going to the gym very frequently, but I still do powerlifting as a sort of side hobby.
As far a being a greek adonis, no; but as far as lifting heavier shit than the average, yeah I can do that.
