    Blacklisted for no reason

    Hello,

    I have been banned due to not sending a key to a client of mine because I was on a vacation, but after reviewing the report and everything fixed . I got chocked because one of the stuff is telling me that I will be in blacklisted and I won't be able to use the Marketplace for 3 Months because I haven't issued the refund till I was shown a police report, which is not true at all, I want more information about that.

    I didn't link that report, but that's what it was about. None of us want to budge on this considering your situation, seems pretty suspicious and the safety of the members is our top priority.
