Gives a good high like any other drug, but makes you kinda spastic and strong. Like literally it will make you stronger and faster when high. I used to take if before work(contractor) so I could lift more. It really damages your nose though, and can also be addictive. Though if you only use it lightly, it won't do any damage at all.
