Sounds like people hate the game, I think I'll pass.

It's not the type of game where you just run around mowing people down like Cod.Especially if you're playing in realism mode.
Same goes with Arma 3. A casual gamer isn't going to have a good time playing either one of these titles.
If you play with a group of gamers that knows a little something about military strategy, it will be more rewarding/enjoyable for people.
I'd also like to point out that the maps in RO:2 are fucking awesome and pretty immersive.

I'm with royce on this one, this game is a WWII game, no fucking shit you can't ADS with a machine gun while standing. You can spray and still easily kill people close range, though.

Why don't you play Red Orchestra 2? It's got 64 players, plays like BF3, and is made by Tripwire, the people who made Killing Floor. Game is fun as fuck.
