Get FL Studio, Cubase or any other DAW like it and get going.
I have 0 idea where to start.
When I made a thread in music and sound no one responded, so I am posting this here.
Any ideas or helpful guides on getting started?
PS: I want to make insane speedcore and breakcore.

Hay hay KillTheNoise.
OP didn't really state if he wanted lyrics or not.
It would sure help with you have a musical history of playing instruments like Piano or Violin.
I also recommend at least familiarizing yourself with music theory.
I don't.
I will probably just sample the vocals from didn't shows and things I like.
Here is a good example.

Juggling music theory, Japanese, and doing voice acting too?

DAW, Music Theory, acoustic treatment, monitors, VST's.
Idk, check beat lab - You can use it Online in google chrome apps.
If you don't understand the difference between Digital Audio Workstation and Virtual Studio Technology then you either A) need to do a crap ton more reading or B) give up. It takes years to make quality music. General rule of thumb is 10,000 hours of learning and creation before you know what you're doing.
