My Senior Year Class Schedule

Just registered for my senior year. I wanted AP Econ but I had to drop it and tack on AP Lit because certain classes are only available during certain periods.

1. Honors Spanish (3rd Year)
2. AP Literature and Composition
3. AP Computer Science
4. Political Science
5. AP Calculus
6. Honors Chemistry
7. Honors Sports Medicine

+ Key Club Presidency
+ National Honor Society Presidency

So pretty much, I'll have no social life and I'll probably ended up drowning in the amount of homework I have. So much for slacking off my senior year

I took as many core classes as possible my freshman, sophomore, and junior year so I could cut loose my senior year. I was also able to get early release, so I was only there until noon every day.

Whatever you do, make sure you prioritize. MPGH may be a great escape for some people, but can be a huge distraction from school.

Political Science is the non-AP equivalent of AP Gov which is supposed to be a Senior only "history" course at my school. It goes World History/AP Euro Sophomore Year, US History/AP US History Junior Year and then Poly Sci/AP Gov Senior year. AP Lit is a Senior only course at my school. AP English Language and Composition is taken Junior Year. Everyone either takes Chemistry or Physics their senior year. Depends on the route you go. You have to take Biology Sophomore year, then you can either take Physics or Chemistry your Junior year and then your Senior year science course depends on what you have left to pick. It sucks though considering they are now letting Freshman (Didn't when I was one) take Biology which allows them to take an AP Science Course Senior year (AP Bio, AP Physics, AP Chemistry and AP Environmental). This is the first year that my school will offer AP Computer Science since it's always been an under-requested course. I believe there's only 12 of us in total. Honors Sports Medicine is the 4th and last year of the initial Sports Medicine course. It's like working your way up through 4 years of a foreign language.
