I don't think there's a specified law against eating people, but it falls underneath other laws such as harmful behavior towards other people or something along those lines.

How would you want to start a business then?
And with people that already were dead or murder people? Or prisoners sentenced to death?

I've had a restaurant name rolling in my head for such a long time.
But not for this purpose, but I guess it' fit well enough.
"Tasty Murder", I guess you could also start with something along the lines of having a cheap tasting of it if you purchase wine with your meal or something.

Serving canapés is a good idea. Have a waiter at the front serving it to diners.

There's actually a movie that has the concept of organ selling but normal rather than cannibalistic. It's called "the Island". Clones are made as an insurance policy so if a person needed a body part, they could simply take it from the clone..

It's kind of a play on the vegetarians anti-meat protests, meat is murder.

I wouldn't sell anything beyond prime-quality.
So they'd have to die from something that isn't a disease, clean bill of health and murder is probably gonna get me shut down in the end.

Would you eat human flesh if you needed to make a choice between a food store that is infamous because of it's bad hygiene(Normal store, animal flesh) and a clean human flesh store?(You will be sick for maybe a day if you ate at the normal store)
And how about keeping humans
Like a cow.

Lungs are highly wanted for surgery.
Everybody wants meat where there is no food.
Hungry people eat everything.

Even if the meat of both was ultra hygienic, I'd go for human. It's available in abundance.
