3 cops aren't goint to show up in a small town for a kid smoking a joint in his car, you would have seen the cop if you were parked, you wouldn't have gotten away with a dui since you weren't driving, you left out the part where your car was torn up by the cops, and you've tried really hard to make this convincing but I don't believe a word out of your mouth.
