Take some rose water and dab it on your temples. Then open a vottle of lavender oil and just take a few sniffs (really as many as you like) and then just lay down and relax.

need a home remedy
So, since this morning, i got headache,back-ache and a sore throad...
Can someone give me a good and working home remedy...especially for the headache.
