To my knowledge, from what "I" have heard.
There is no publicly available way to spawn any items due to the new system, which was the major issue with the mod and the first thing they actually fixed.
You might not be able to spawn items, but there are ways to teleport them to you.

Antipathy is right, don't spawn stuff now, teleport items to your vicinity

Spawning is gone, unlikely to return. Bowen leaked the only method which worked, they patched it, the rest is history.
If you want my advice, forget standalone for now, play breaking point on arma 3. its by far the smoothest, most finished zombie mod i have ever played on any arma. it's boner time.

As far as my knowledge goes there is ways to spawn into StandAlone, at the moment.
But however these features is not available for the public, and most likely never.

Same goes in the game Infection Survival/WarZ.
