Went from being a shitty bus boy, to working in the dish pit, to now making salads, all in 4 months. I'm flying through these ranks bitches!

But making salads is a bitch. If you aren't fast then you will end up getting slammed with tickets and will have servers bitching at you constantly for their orders. Then when you actually have the orders ready and put them up in the window, not 1 fucking server in sight to take them. Now your window is filled with salad and there is no room to place any more.

And another shitty thing that happens is when you need to restock on salad greens and you keep getting tickets. God fucking damn it this job is not for the slow. But on the bight side I don't come home soaked as hell anymore!
