For those of you that don't know how to use the save-files.

Go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\my games\Borderlands 2\WillowGame\SaveData\
Then navigate inside the numbered folder, this number is your steam community ID.

Put the saves (.sav) in there. Not the folders, the saves.

Obviously. Because those aren't in the original part of the game and they require you to download and purchase them. So unless you have them bought you can't get them.

Hey, I'm having trouble getting this to work. When I load up the characters, their backpack is completely empty. The previous one worked fine for me. I saved the files to my save folder, loading up the game, selected the characters and hit continue. When it loads up, their inventory is empty. Any help as to what I'm doing wrong is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Nevermind. Stupid me. I had the inventory set to "type" instead of "all". Thanks!

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking of me.
If you're asking to get the heads and skins that becomes available when you own a DLC.
Then no, you can't get those unless you have it. However, you should be able to load up the save and cash in the ones you have available in the base game and whatever DLC you may have.

If they have been unlocked once, then they are unlocked for all characters.
