Hi Admin,

Yes I did receive the refund, but I was not before I raised the scam alert on this forum and also raised the dispute with paypal. He refunded only when the dispute with paypal was raised.

The ban was not wrongful.

If you attempted to scam and only refunded when a dispute arose, that is considered scamming. If the ban is lifted it will be a blacklisting.

@ @Liz please unban then blacklist
