Help Please

I noticed some people have been changing the rate of fire on thier weapons.

What files are you using to do this. I have already figured out all the texture modding stuff now i want my m16a3 to have smg fire rate and recoil.

How would i go about doing this.?

Its very simple its called a cross-mod so basicly what you need to do is take the .ltb file of the smg that you want to make the fire rate of your m16a3 and then rename it to the .ltb file of your m16a3. but you you can't change the recoil of the gun it will keep the recoil of the m16a3.
