Help❓ ADMIN COMMANDS ON FABIANO SOURCE

Ok ive been trying to figure this crap out for a long time......
I want to have a command for my 1,2, and 3 ranks but i cannot get it to work i tried many many ways but non have worked i dont get errors, but when your not a rank you can /give and anything because i did this 1/2/3 and see if that worked i thought it did, i was dumb enough to believe it was that easy. Im here to ask if anyone can help me with this problem please I've tried so much and I cannot figure this out.

Just create more ranks in Command.cs

I explained this process here

Just take a look and see how it works and for your permlevel, basically how it works is if you make the number 1, every rank that is 1 or above will be able to /give

Just change it to like 3 which will disable ranks 1 and 2 from doing /give but ranks that are 3 and above will still be able to
