[HELP] vb programs invisible

i already have all the .net frameworks.. i have 1.1, 2.0 SP2, 3.0 SP2, 3.5 SP1
imma try to uninstall/install vb 08 now

try 4.0 Beta 2 .net framework

Try testing other people's programs made in VB. If they don't work than it's your computer.
