CS GO HACK IN PYTHON

So I've seen some examples of Counter Strike hacks over the years written in C++, lately I have writing in Python and I was wondering how to target a CS GO window. Would it be possible for me to run a script written in Windows PowerShell that would target the specific Steam game window and activate the hack externally? If so, how do I do this and can it be used for other games too?

Very easy to trace. Definitely not worth the effort.
