Wierd error after scanning with antimalware

this happend after i scanned with antimalware system and quarantined the viruses and now this error pops up everytime i restart or turn on my cpu D:

Idk if this is gonna damage my pc in anyway but im scared D: so know anything that well help me?

Have you tried starting your Cpu up in Safe Mode?
