Not to sales trash or anything I guess only two ways of getting the items. One is Advance Replacement with VCC, 2nd carding. Plus OP didn't want to use a MM which made me think it's weird but that's my personal opinion.

To be fair, a middleman will make the process even more convoluted than it already is. It'll be sent to his re-reshipper, than the middleman, then everyone's gonna have to decide who's paying the middleman to ship it again.

Ibuypower doesn't offer Advance replacement.

Waiting on OP to provide me confirmation, said 24 hours, so he has a couple more hours to pull through on his time schedule.
