ARMA 3 HElp! Please

So i was banned from breaking point Mod for ARma 3, What kinda ban is is do you guys know? Like IP ban + Player ID ban?

So to be able to play id need new STeam account , new email, new arma 3 cd key, new Ip or Router or mode? Id like to know because i really want to play again..

Ok , So its either Hardware ID Ban or a Mac Address ban I think Because, I reinstalled steam with new email , new arma 3 purchase of $60 all under a VPN, downloaded Breaking Point Mod and Clicked the install icon it installed an went to login screen and it had my old Login name and i couldnt create new account on that Screen but on the forums I could but wouldnt let me login on launcher and after a few seconds the login screen goes to the original perma ban screen, So that leaves me to believe its either a HWID ban (hardware id) ie Motherboard or wifi card or more components are needed to surpass that or a ISP/mac address ban? So id need to get a whole new ISP?? Could someone help me pin point what i need to do or should i just give up??? Im willing to sell my whole pc just to play this game.

You need to buy new one arma 3 and register a new account under VPN.
I haved the same thing. i bought arma 3 steam account wich was banned from the breaking point servers. After that i got banned ip from breakingpoint site also.
I bought arma 3 on steam and registered a new one account under VPN. No probelms!

do i have to pay $60 from us steam to buy arma 3 or can i use vpn and buy the cheaper version while still playing without the vpn in the usa?

Also does it matter if its Free VPN or Paid VPN??
