Finding an exact memory address

Ok so what I mean by this is to do with cheatengine. I decided to put this here because for testing purposes I am using CS:GO and attempting to find the amount of ammo in current magazine!

I know in cheat engine you can find a bunch of addresses for it very easily but you need to change them all for the ammo to change. Is there a simple way of finding the exact address like we do in various trainers?

It may sound stupid I am simply interested!

if i understood your guestion and you want to find adresses in cheat engine i'll give you an easy example
let's say you need to find the sensitivity offset
your sensitivity is 1.65 .
in cheat engine load csgo and search for 1.65
change your ingame sensitivity to another number , lets say 4.25
search in cheat engine for 4.25 and so on so on until you have 1 only remained value
double click value and it will say smth like client+0xXXXXX

right click the value-> find out what writes to this address-> easy to guess address -> Memory viewer.
That way you can identify which Address belongs to the Player Object
