Question about Bans

Hello. I recently got GTA V and would like to go online with some hacks. I was wondering, has anyone been perm banned on their first ban? Im planning on getting all of the expensive apartments and filling w/ Moonbeams and waiting the 10 day ban. This is a brand new account and I havent even finished Installing the game yet. if anyone has some Insight into this, or would like to suggest ways for me to get weapons, cars, money, skills, etc. And keep them after ban, that would be perfect.
Sorry if this came off as a Script Kiddie post asking why I got banned. I am mostly curious about how to prevent that.

Well don't buy everything at once, that usually where people mess up , they have tons of money and spend it all within an hour buying everything in the game, when you do that you usually get banned.
