why do event items, cars, etc remain purchasable after a restart and not using the program? should i "lock" them? example: i can purchase the halloween cars without having run anything on a fresh run

Certain items can be bought forever if you bought them during the event (e.g. halloween cars, horns)

After some googling i found the solution:

visual c++ redist
Download and install.

Got an error when writing stuff in the cmd:

Enter File Name: tunables_unlocks
Assertion Failed: IS_STREAM_VALID(inputStream)

The unlockers work but i dont know how to use this impromptu race thing because i dont know what the hell impromptu race means

... im german so anyone may explain this to me and the other guys who dont know too how to do

i know how to start the programm and load the ini file but i dont know what i have to do ingame after i done this :

160 = 15000000.0
163 = 300000.0

And why says the tunablesmemorydump text this ? You use 160 and 163 ??!

there is really no need for a tutorial. this is a nice and simple tool, that does that same thing as the other "tunables" posted. if you cant figure it out (its REALLY simple) try a different method.

That is price not a unlock.

I know. The unlock is supossed to be in this Editor. I can see the tunable on the KnownTunables file, this is why I answer how to unlock the parachute.

the tunable you see is the PRICE there is NO known tunable to unlock the bag.

if you were to put those in the cheat engine table they would be the same as up above; the price nothing else.

you need to bank it and you wont lose it

how do you recommend doing this? do you just bank all at once?

impromptu still working fine to me, but you can also use the solo races (I get 11,5M for 1 lap on criminal records)
