Because it's a DLL. It requires an injector.

I know this thread is quite old, but I need some support ;3
I want to use this source as an internal base for my cheat, but I can't seem to get the code to function I'm compiling in Visual Studio 2013.
Mostly I just get quite some errors, and I am trying to compile the code in x86 & unicode.
