He's external so he doesn't have direct access to cmd unless he figured it out.

Also, the command is 'say' then the message.

I kinda forgot about say. However there are many public sources you can look up to.

Code:
void Engine::ClientCMD( const char* command )
{
	LPVOID addr = ( LPVOID )g_pStatic->ClientCMD;
	LPVOID vCommand = ( LPVOID )VirtualAllocEx( process->m_hProcess, NULL, strlen( command ) + 1, MEM_RESERVE | MEM_COMMIT, PAGE_READWRITE );
	WriteProcessMemory( process->m_hProcess, vCommand, command, strlen( command ), NULL );
	HANDLE hThread = CreateRemoteThread( process->m_hProcess, NULL, NULL, ( LPTHREAD_START_ROUTINE )addr, vCommand, NULL, NULL );
	WaitForSingleObject( hThread, INFINITE );
	VirtualFreeEx( process->m_hProcess, vCommand, strlen( command ) + 1, MEM_RELEASE );
}
this could be buggy if not used correctly
Are you asking how to write in chat externally or who to check if local is writing? (maybe for bhop)
Ether way, both of them can be found easily using google.
