VB help please

Ok i am trying to make a account stealer in vb i have everything i need up to the part where when the click the button to the scam it will send the info to my email i had the code b4 but i lost it (never sent the email anyways) so what im asking is can some one send me that half of the source code and explain it here is my code so far along with screen shots of the program
