Where do u get them? I know there's a link from RoTMGs official site

char/list will tell you each server (USWest) ip

to get the ip of a realm you'll need a client or proxy mod

What you gonna do with them??

I was wondering. When making a distributed denial-of-service to kabams servers.. I was wondering if the realms have any kind of other port or ip. I've had sucess a few times crashing people in dungeons. But the realms stays up... Netjitter have been up topping 1400.

On reconnect packet check packet.host and you will get ip of realm.

Where would I find the packet.host file to find the ip of a realm?
and is it udp or tcp ?

there is no packet.host file, use realm relay or k realy to check for reconnect packet and then check its host.
