Help Please

Tried to log in today and it said I got banned for Yoda ban evasion. Could this be because of my IP? I am using a public VPN so I'm not sure if that is the reason. I did read something about charging back your premium donation will result in a ban, but I didn't charge back and Liz confirmed she got the payment. Am I just banned forever now? Would appreciate a response.
