Amazon Refund Help

So this happened, a refunder from this forum messed up my order by using the 'item not received' method , amazon sent me this email

"I'm sorry to hear that you've not received the order #113- and the tracking is tagged as delivered.

I can confirm that the package is delivered UPS. You can confirm the same or file a complaint with the carrier by reaching out to them on 1-800-742-5877, providing the tracking ID: -

I'm so sorry, but we can't offer any additional insight or action on this matter.

order is worth around $150 , im willing to pay $20 if somebody can fix this .

how many refunds did you do in that account? is it a fresh account? i doubt if you can still request for a refund,since for sure they put a notation on that account - maybe "don't issue refund/replacement" something like that,im just basing this by experience.

figured such small order wouldnt worth the time for those big refunders , i'll leave small orders for new refunders and larger orders for aged refunders.
account is about a year old , with many legit orders on it . still , item not received method will never work, didnt expect him to use that method.didnt even bother to twist it abit

^ well, you're kinda fvcked right now, that newbie refunder doesnt even know how to prevent/cancel investigation attempts of the amazon reps. well idk if this could be fixed, but try contacting @FanticSteal @Wyo @Bayoya
