UnresolvedCS GO NOT OPENING!!

CS GO NOT OPENING!!

So basically when i try to open CS:GO, nothing really happens and when i try it again it shows that game is already running. I have tried to end task, verify game cache, reinstall game, i have tried everything!!
P.S. It happened after i reinstalled my windows 7.

Don't forget to install your Driver such as Graphic Driver (ATI, NVIDIA, etc), soundcard Driver (Realtek, Dolby, etc)

Still need hell. Tried to update my drivers

try completely cleaning all parts and remnants of the game and installing it again.
