Server.exe problem

When i open server.exe and go in my .swf this happend:

I use rotmg_svr-master.

Did you setup the database via xampp?
Did you entered a password in xampp but not in the server?
Did you entered a password in the server but not in xampp?

I did all that but it won't work :P Like when i put password it won't work.
