Old Hack Code

Hey Guys, I Have a .dll of an old hack and it doesnt work anymore..

I want to edit it and try to fix the problem, can someone tell me how to open it up in visual studio?

I know its made so that you cannot open it up, but if anyone knows how to please tell me.
