Something to do with the way their program filters connection requests, priorities over other clients, therefor your requests would be processed faster, or more frequently? Not 100% how that works. UDK is very helpful for understanding how these connections are; set up, monitored, executed, etc. I"m beginning to learn a bit about it now.
