If I have a VAC Ban on CSGO , can I play Bo2 ?

I have another question : if I want to share the games in the My Main Account (With VAC BAN on CSGO) to my second account , CAN I PLAY BO2 ?

I remember that in the second account i have CSGO , but I just want to play bo2

A vac on one game will not effect any other games, Only that specific game you're banned on.
